We were at the start of the busy travel season – June, which is the start of summer in Europe and the Americas where the bulk of our safari goers come from.
At this time, we are working to make sure that all the Mountain Gorilla and Chimpanzee permits have been booked, are aligned with all of our client’s travel dates, that all of the specific lodges and guest houses where they will stay during their Uganda or Rwanda safari trips are booked, that the trips have been assigned to the specific driver/guides and the cars are ready.
It is a lot of detail so-to-speak and it is important small details like these that we do not allow to fall through the cracks. If all these details are not followed up to ensure that everything is taken care of and that it aligns, a client’s safari could be ruined.
At the same time, the team are fielding late inquiries and these need to be responded to. So to speak, there is no time to pay attention to anything else.

A wave of emotion washed over him. A small but significant milestone had been reached. Uzuri Uganda Safaris had been awarded the certificate of Excellency for 2024 by TripAdvisor due to its consistent accumulation of excellent reviews from past customers that had found the time at the end of their trip to leave a review.
